Our Enterprise Resource Planning system encompasses Order Entry, Production Planning, Job Costing, Costing, Bill of Materials, Purchasing, EDI, Financial, Quality and Administration.
Written using the latest Microsoft technologies, it is easily customizable and outperforms other software packages on the market when it comes to integration, functionality and useability.
It has capabilities such as seamless EDI integration for sending and receiving Australian Standards documents electronically, reconciliation of recipient created tax invoices, Material Batch tracking with automated email generation with conformance certificates on dispatch of goods.
Work-flow based triggers alert users via email when action is required, such as stock shortage alerts, inspection of inwards goods, tool maintenance alerts etc
A nightly process uses fixed and dynamic requirements together with task constraints (min/max lead time, min/max batch size etc.) to generate a production plan. A material requirements variance report is generated and automatically emailed to the Purchasing officer.
A graphical Production Planning Board provides a real time, interactive view of the factory floor. The majority of screens and reports are interactive, containing links to appropriate control or planning screens.
The system is fully integrated with MYOB for processing of Payments and Receipts, General Ledger and Financial Reporting.
We have recently completed integration with our Microvu Measuring machine allowing our Metrology department to have precise and up to date CPK analysis and reporting at their fingertips.
